Monday
Building an Art Portfolio for College Admission: This four-session course at Guild Hall in East Hampton Village led by instructor Linda Capello is intended for high school art students applying to college visual arts programs. Students will learn how to best present their body of work by organizing existing art and creating new art, with an emphasis on drawings from observation. At the conclusion of the workshop, there will be a portfolio critique and talk by Dorene Quinn, SUNY Oswego and Pratt at Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute professor, and Yvonne Buchanan, Illustrator and Professor at Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts. The program starts at 5 p.m. Price: $90
Lenten Bible Study: The Old Whalers Church bible study continues at 6:30 p.m. The evening's topic:Â Barnabas.

Tuesday
Work Session: The East Hampton Town Board meet at Town Hall at 10 a.m. Look for the agenda posted on East Hampton Patch on Monday.
Seminar on Plant-based Diets: "Thinner: A Seminar on Plant-Based Diets" will be given at the East Hampton Senior Nutrition Center at 11 a.m. The health benefits of a plant-based diet and how plant-based foods can keep you healthy will be discussed. It is presented by the Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Center at Southampton Hospital.Â

Cloud Computing: The East Hampton Library offers a class on "cloud computing."Â Learn how to use the free features of Google Drive, save documents, create spreadsheets, and make presentations, all from your Gmail account. The class begins at 5 p.m. Register at the reference desk.
Staged Reading:Â "The Lisbon Traviata," by Terrence McNally, will be performed by the Naked Stage group at Guild Hall at 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday
Spring Snacks for Grades 3-6: At the Montauk Library, pose your hand made snack for a picture and then dig in. Register in advance or walk-in. The fun begins at 5 p.m.
Lenten Soup Supper: Old Whalers Church in Sag Harbor offer Lenten soup suppers followed by a hymn-sing and short worship service continue on Wednesday evenings in Lent. The Rev. Dr. Katrina Foster, the pastor at Incarnation Lutheran Church in Bridgehampton and St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Amagansett, will preside. It begins at 6 p.m.
Thursday
Town Board: The East Hampton Town Board meets at Town Hall at 7 p.m.

EVE Auditions:Â Auditions for Kate Mueth and the Neo-Political Cowgirls' summer 2013 production of EVE, a dance theater immersive experience are held at Guild Hall in East Hampton at 2 p.m. Â Strong movement and broad performance skills required.Â
Sunday
Pancake Breakfast: The Springs Fire Department hosts a pancake breakfast at the firehouse from 7 to 11 a.m. Price: $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $5 for children 6 and under.
Easter Egg Coloring Festa: Join the Easter Bunny at Cittanuova in East Hampton for the sixth annual Easter egg coloring celebration from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Two giant chocolate bunnies, two small bunnies and two chocolate eggs will be raffled. All proceeds benefit The Flying Point Foundation for Autism. Winners will be announced on March 30.
