Community Remembers Amanda Lee's 'Beautiful Spirit'

The 24-year-old East Hampton native died on Tuesday after a long illness.

Amanda Marie Glorioso Lee passed away at Bellevue Hospital in New York City on Tuesday. She was just 24, and had been ill for sometime.

Her best friend Bethany Trowbridge, an East Hampton resident, called Lee a fighter, who never gave up hope and always tried to help others despite the adversities she faced.
