Don't Miss It: Meet the Candidates for East Hampton School Board

Meet the six candidates, vying for three positions on the board of education, at a forum on Monday night.

With just about one week until the school board elections and budget votes on Long Island, the candidates for East Hampton School Board will have a chance to earn your vote at a forum on Monday evening. 

Alison Anderson, the only incumbent seeking re-election, Nicholas J. Boland, J.P. Foster, Wendy Geehreng, Mary Ella Moeller and Richard Wilson are all seeking election.  There are three seats up on the school board.

George Aman, the current school board president, and Lauren Dempsey are not seeking re-election. 

The "Meet the Candidates" night begins at 7:30 at the John M. Marshall Elementary School. The event is sponsored by the JMMES PTA.

School budget votes and elections are May 21.
