Gwen Stefani Is Coming To The Hamptons

The Hollaback Girl is joining the party at Ron Perelman's East Hampton estate.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — August 9 is guaranteed to be a star-studded night at Ron Perelman's lavish The Creeks estate in East Hampton.

Situated on Georgica Pond, Perelman's home is once again the site for the hottest music ticket in the Hamptons. Perelman is hosting the Apollo in the Hamptons benefit fundraiser right here. It's the annual event that brings out the celebrity crowd — and this year a new name has just been added to the fund-raiser: Gwen Stefani.

According to the New York Post Gwen will now be performing alongside fellow headliner Lionel Richie, who had already been announced.

The 57- acre estate has plenty of room for the stars to party under the stars — and in the past at this annual event Paul McCartney, Sting, Jon Bon Jovi, Jamie Foxx, Katie Holmes, Colin Powell, Ellen DeGeneres and Russell Simmons came out for the music and for a worthy cause.

Stefani has already paid tribute to this iconic institution by naming her youngest son Apollo — and now she is helping to raise funds for education and mentoring programs for youth at this beloved Harlem theater.

At this annual event in 2013 Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes danced together — now this year will the hot couple of 2016, Stefani and Blake Shelton, do something equally noteworthy in the name of charity?
