Loud Exhaust Leads to DWI Charge
Police pulled over a car for having a loud exhaust system and reportedly found the driver was drunk.

The following information was supplied by the East Hampton Village Police Department . A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
Luis Saca-Buestan, 31, of East Hampton, was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with first offense DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, as well as traffic violations. Police said Saca-Buestan was pulled over shortly after 4:30 p.m. when police heard a loud exhaust coming from his car as it pulled onto Osborne Lane.
Saca-Buestan produced a valid license, police said, however reportedly had bloodshot eyes and an odor of alcohol on his breath. After running his ID, police said they found his license was suspended for failing to pay a driver responsibility assessment. Saca-Buestan reportedly failed roadside sobriety tests, and was arrested and transported to headquarters for processing.
