MONTAUK, NY — The Sands, an iconic property in Montauk, is on the market for $28 million.
Exclusively listed by Hal Zwick and Jeff Sztorc of the Compass Hamptons Commercial Real Estate team, the property "is an exceptional opportunity to own a substantial hotel asset in one of the premier summer resort towns on the East Coast," Compass said.
The property boasts more than 250 feet of frontage on Montauk Highway and 360-degree water views of the Atlantic Ocean and Fort Pond, the listing said.
