Harris Projected To Win NY: AP
Results are coming in across New York, in the heated race for President between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

NEW YORK— Polls are closed and results have been pouring in for the presidential race in New York, a traditionally blue state.
The Associated Press has projected that Kamala Harris will win New York in the race against Donald Trump.
As of 12:17 a.m., according to the New York State Board of Elections, Harris had garnered 54.81 percent of the vote, to Trump's 43.13 percent. With 11,667 of 13,357 districts in, Harris had 4,087,759 votes and Trump, 3,216,616.

Vice President Harris and former President Donald Trump have battled it out during the campaign season, facing off to win the state's 28 Electoral College votes.

The pair have sparred on the issues, with Trump vowing to take a stand on crime and immigration and pledging to address the economy; Harris has said she will protect reproductive rights and work to build consensus. She also, at her Town Hall, accused Trump of being a "fascist."
According to 270towin.com, New Yorkers have voted Democratic in the last nine elections, six of those by a 20 percent margin. That includes 2020 as Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump by 23 percent, the outlet said.
