• East Hampton's 50-unit affordable housing plan gets a boost (newsday.com) — East Hampton Town just secured a $3.17 million state grant to install water and sewer infrastructure for 50 new affordable apartments on Route 114 near Sag Harbor, owned by the East Hampton Housing Authority. Targeted to middle-income households, the project also draws on the town’s Community Housing Fund and will prioritize current East Hampton residents or workers while officials explore additional affordability programs.
