"I have spent decades in roles that required building trusted relationships, negotiating basic to complex deals, analyzing market changes and evolving to meet such changes. As an Ecuadorian native, I have a deep appreciation and understanding of cultural heritage and community. My multicultural perspective enables me to foster inclusive environments where everyone feels supported and valued. This unique perspective allows me to connect with families from diverse backgrounds and advocate for programs that celebrate and support the rich cultural tapestry of our community," she said.
With a BA in political science and a minor in psychology, Quichimbo is currently a real estate salesperson with Saunders & Associates.
"She brings a deep understanding of societal systems and human behavior that help shape her approach to program development and impactful initiatives that meet the evolving needs of children and families in the community," Project MOST said.
"Her diverse background, passion for education, and drive to uplift others align perfectly with Project MOST’s mission to inspire students and families to achieve their utmost in life. We are excited to have her insights and energy on board as we continue to expand and enrich our programming.
