"It's not just about making deals — it's about making history."
EAST END, NY — The popular "Selling the Hamptons" is back for season 2, launching on Max on March 1.
"After a full year, the cast is back with more drama, new cast mates, and even hotter luxury listings," a release said. "The art of buying, selling, hustling and schmoozing is all part of the game in the high-stakes world of Hamptons real estate, and the young brokers of the Nest Seekers Team aim to prove they can find success in the country's most-exclusive housing market."
On Monday, a premiere of "Selling the Hamptons" Season 2 was held at NestSeekers International headquarters in New York City.

According to Nest Seekers, the premiere "wasn’t just an event; it was the convergence of glamour and the high anticipation of real estate drama."
Eddie Shapiro, the founder, president, and CEO of Nest Seekers International, who also stars in the show, reflected on what's ahead: "This season is about pushing boundaries. Expect the unexpected because the stakes have never been higher." With last year's sales reaching $5.5 billion, the competition this year is fierce, he said.

Newcomers Dylan Eckardt and Ashley Allen promise to shake things up, challenging the traditions, he said.
"I don’t play by the old rules — I rewrite them," Eckardt said.
Ashley Allen added: "Think of me as the secret ingredient in this season’s drama."
The event also spotlighted the cast's fashion. Bianca D’Alessio, in a green sequin SUBLIME gown, said: "This season, expect the unexpected. Every deal is a new adventure, and there’s a twist that will shock everyone."
Mia Calabrese, who wore a Versace corset bandage mini dress, also discussed the new season. "Every episode is full of surprises. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, we take it to another level."
Aside from the introduction of the two new cast members, the returning agents will also be featured. "The 'old school' agents find themselves challenged by the 'new schoolers', who bring young, up-and-coming billionaire clients into the mix, vying to win in a cutthroat market where listings are scarce and the pressure to close deals is intense," a release said.
Shapiro added: "This season isn’t just a showcase; it’s a battleground of ambition, innovation, and the sheer force of our team’s spirit. It’s not just about making deals — it’s about making history."
"Selling the Hamptons" Season 2, is about "where ambition clashes with tradition, and success is measured in millions. All is fair in love and real estate" a release said.
The cast features Mia Calabrese, Bianca D'Alessio, Peggy Zabakolas, J.B. Andreassi, Michael Fulfree, Dylan Eckardt, and Ashley Allen.
