Wainscott Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting: Wainscott Chapel, 9 a.m.
Seaweed Mounting Demonstration: The delicate, artistic mounting of seaweed is an art form that takes practice and patience and it is rare to have an opportunity to see it done. Dr. Larry B. Liddle, Professor Emeritus, Southampton College, Long Island University has devoted years to studying, collecting, and mounting specimens. In this program, you’ll learn about the science of seaweeds while seeing how Larry creates elegant works of art. This demonstration will be held at the Concerned Citizens of Montauk, starting at 10 a.m.

Seal Hike: Hikers will meet at the Montauk Lighthouse concession building at 11 a.m. Reservations are required. Price: $5 for adults, $3 for children 7 to 18, and free for children 6 & under.
Friends of the Montauk Library Cook Cajun: Chef Craig of Block Island Seafood brings the Big Easy to the South Fork, creating Cajun and Creole classics at the Montauk Library at 1 p.m. Price: $5, tastings included. Note: Seating is limited, call ahead to see if there's room left.

Meet Wild and Wonderful Reptiles & Amphibians: Crystal Possehl, from the South Fork Natural History Museum will introduces participants at the Amagansett Library to some of the reptiles and amphibians that live on the South Fork. The meet-and-greet starts at 3:30 p.m.
Michael Pour at the Harbor Grill: Michael Pour performs, starting at 7 p.m.
'Viva Las Cowgirls': The Neo-Political Cowgirls Dance Theater Company fundraiser will be held at the Stephen Talkhouse, starting at 7:30 p.m. The Neo-Political Cowgirls, founded and directed by Kate Mueth, is a not-for-profit company of women dedicated to creating innovative dance theatre that explores the female voice. Price: $25

St. Luke's Pancake Breakfast: St. Luke's Outreach and Sunday School teachers and students will be serving French waffles, pancakes, sausage, applesauce, orange juice, tea and coffee from 8 a.m. to noon. Price: $7

Yom Hashoah Community Program: Join us at the Jewish Center of the Hamptons on Sunday at 11:15 a.m. Doreen Rappaport, the author of "Beyond Courage: The untold story of Jewish resistance during the Holocaust," will be the guest speaker. There will also be a reading of the names of family members whom we remember from the JCOH who lost their lives during the holocaust. All are welcome.
Let's Try Origami: Perfect for kids in second grade and up, learn how to fold origami forms and learn about online origami resources at the Amagansett Library. The fun starts at 1:30 p.m.
Springs "Dog" Park Clean Up: A neighborhood effort to keep the "Dog Park" clean. Volunteeers are needed to help clean up the park before the ticks and the summer crowds arrive. Bring your gloves, trash bags and clippers and drinking water. The group will be cleaning up between 2 and 4 p.m.
