R2 Architecture Chosen to design building for seven-acre site on Abraham's Path, Amagansett; Board to issue $1.8 million bond for project design and engineering

Fifteen architectural firms responded to a call for proposals, which were reviewed by a selection committee that presented its recommendation for R2 Architecture at a Dec. 14 town board meeting. A plan for soliciting and incorporating community input into the building design will be developed and implemented this winter.
