1 Dead In Early Morning Nassau Crash
Police say a van drove into a utility pole in the early morning hours.
UNIONDALE, NY — One person was killed in a car crash early this morning in Uniondale, Nassau County police said.
According to police, a 2015 Chrysler van hit a utility pole near the intersection of Maple Avenue and Uniondale Avenue at 12:55 a.m.
The driver, an adult man, was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead by a doctor. Police did not release any other details about the driver.
