They were taken to local area hospitals for treatment of injuries, police say.

UNIONDALE, NY — Two officers were injured Sunday morning in a struggle with an arrestee in Uniondale, Nassau police said.

First Precinct officers responded to an Argyle Avenue home for a disturbance just after 8 a.m., police said, adding that they determined the two males who live there had been involved in an argument.
