Drunken Driver Injured 3 Others In Crash: Nassau Police
Police say four people were injured, including the driver, in the crash. One passenger is in critical condition.
WESTBURY, NY — A drunken driver from Hicksville was arrested after he caused a crash in Westbury that injured three people, police said.
Ryan Corbett, 27, was driving a 2022 Dodge Challenger on Old Country Road, near Sylvester Street, in Westbury at 2:45 a.m. when he struck a tree, Nassau County police said.
All four people in the car were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, police said. One passenger was in critical but stable condition. Corbett was arrested and faces charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, three counts of third-degree assault and traffic infractions.

He will be arraigned when medically practical.
