Jeep Damaged By Fire In Nassau; Police Search For Culprit

Flames damaged a Jeep in front of an East Meadow home, and police are looking for the person responsible.

EAST MEADOW, NY — Flames damaged a Jeep in front of an East Meadow home, and police are looking for the person responsible.

A 2019 Jeep Cherokee sustained minor burn damage on the driveway of the home around 8:30 p.m. Thursday on Morris Drive, police said.

The Nassau County Fire Marshall, as well as arson and bomb squad investigators, were sent to the scene.
