Trio Threatened Woman, Stole Her Bag: Nassau Police

Police say three women threatened the other woman with a stun gun and then stole her bag.

UNIONDALE, NY — Three Amityville women were arrested for robbing another woman in Uniondale early Friday morning.

According to Nassau County police, a woman was in her car parked on Tulsa Street in Uniondale at 3:20 a.m. when a silver Nissan pulled up and three other women got out. Police say Murray Tejanah, 19, and Taylor Davis, 21, both of the same address on Overland Avenue, and Deztiny Robinson, 20, of Albany Avenue, all approached the woman's car.

The woman was pushed, and police say one of her assailants pulled out a stun gun. They stole the woman's bag, which had her laptop and credit cards in it, and then got back into their car and fled, police say.

The woman called 911 and officers arrived at the scene to investigate. During their investigation, police say the three women returned to the scene and were arrested without incident.

Tejanah, Davis and Robinson are all charged with first-degree robbery. They were arraigned on Saturday in First District Court in Hempstead.
