Dragonfly Cares

We’re Dragonfly Cares, a group of providers offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Speech-Language Therapy across Long Island. Our goal is to support children as well as the caregivers around them, while emphasizing community engagement and transparency. Our goal from the start has been to create a supportive network and uplifting environment for the families and therapists we work with. No more one-size fits all models, we provide more and always will. Each group is led by a BCBA and includes 1:1 support from a trained behavior technician. Groups are thoughtfully formed based on each child’s individual needs and skill sets. It’s a wonderful opportunity for your child to build social skills, communication, and more—all in a fun and supportive environment! The American Airpower Museum is hosting a special Halloween event that can entrance visitors with a haunted version of history. The museum, housed in a former Republic Aviation hanger, is being converted into a giant haunted house complete with treats, a scavenger hunt, ghosts and, if you dare, a tour of a haunted World War II-era bomber. The event takes place Sunday, Oct. 27 from 3-6 p.m. at the museum on the grounds of Republic Airport. It's $10 for adults; $8 for seniors and $5 for children 4-12.
