Airpower Museum to Host Halloween Party at Republic
Sunday's event offers a safe alternative for kids and their families.

The American Airpower Museum is hosting a special Halloween event that can entrance visitors with a haunted version of history.
The museum, housed in a former Republic Aviation hanger, is being converted into a giant haunted house complete with treats, a scavenger hunt, ghosts and, if you dare, a tour of a haunted World War II-era bomber.
The event takes place Sunday, Oct. 27 from 3-6 p.m. at the museum on the grounds of Republic Airport. It's $10 for adults; $8 for seniors and $5 for children 4-12. You can also see details at their website here.
