ISLANDIA, NY — A Farmingdale resident won a $67,579.43 jackpot at Jake's 58 Casino Hotel, the business announced on Facebook.
The lucky winner placed a $1.50 bet on Money Link: The Great Immortals, according to the casino. The winner is a Platinum card holder at Jake's 58.
Jake's 58 is at 3635 Express Drive N., Islandia.

The casino hotel is currently undergoing a $210 million expansion. The facility is set to add 300,000 square feet to accommodate 1,000 video lottery terminals and amenities, including an event/convention space, a lounge with outdoor terrace, a boutique gift shop, a sports bar and grill, and a multi-level parking garage.
The project broke ground in April and will create 125 permanent jobs when the expansion is complete, which is anticipated to be in 2026, according to Jake's 58.
