Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano will host a first-time homebuyers housing lottery on Tuesday, April 5, 2011. The lottery will provide 44 first-time homebuyers the opportunity to purchase affordable homes in the Inwood community – 4 single-family attached townhomes and one two-family house – offered by the Partnership for New Homes at Inwood.
 The homes were built by Roosevelt Development Corp. and made affordable with grants from the Nassau County HOME program and the New York State Homes and Community Renewal grants through the Affordable Housing Corporation.
