Local Applebee’s Donates $3K to “Toys for Tots”

One dollar at a time, one Breakfast with Santa at a time for 12 years and the Long Island and Northern and Central NJ Applebee’s have raised nearly $2.5 million for the U.S. Marine Corps “Toys for Tots” program. This year, Rosedale alone raised $3,452 to benefit less fortunate children in nearby communities.

The owner/operator of these 60 Applebee’s, Doherty Enterprises, celebrates its 25th anniversary and, here, David DiBartolo, its Vice President of Operations, proudly presents a check for a record $315,000 to U.S. Marine Corporal Jonathan Nicosia on behalf of “Toys for Tots.”
