Belmont Hosts Derby Day Simulcast, Bourbon Tasting
The festivities start at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
ELMONT, NY — As part of the Kentucky Derby day festivities, Belmont Racetrack is hosting a bourbon tasting event.
Long Island event producer, Starfish Junction is organizing the event for Saturday.
Belmont will also provide a live simulcast of the first leg of thoroughbred racing's Triple Crown from Churchill Downs.

More than 30 bourbons for tasting to make everyone feel like they are in Kentucky. There will also be a selection of craft beers.
Tickets, for 21 years and older, are on sale at bourbonatbelmont.com.

The festivities are scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
