Cedarhurst Store Featured on "What Would You Do?"

ABC TV show "What Would You Do?" brought one of its tough scenarios to Cedarhurst's in a segment that will air on Friday.

"Somebody from the show walked into our store and asked if we can film and we said yes," said Amy Friedman, one of the shop's owners. "Pretty much all of our customers responded kindly to the situation."

Actors in the segment that filmed last spring portrayed a woman with a dark wine stain on her face and a rude saleswoman at the cosmetics store. The saleswoman is seen berating the woman with the (fake) large facial birthmark.

The show tests how everyday people would act in situations such as these. See the full scenario on Friday's episode at 9 p.m.

"Everyone in the Five Towns has to watch it and be proud of their town," Friedman said.  "They’re going to see people they know."
