Arrests

  • Sunita Rampersaud-Persaud, 43, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on Sept. 24 and charged with shoplifting assorted merchandise at K-Mart on Rockaway Turnpike in North Woodmere.
  • Theodore J. Faulhaber, 32, of Atlantic Beach, was arrested on Sept. 24 and charged with DWI on the Atlantic Beach Bridge.

  • A resident of Ulster Avenue in Atlantic Beach reported to police on Sept. 16 that the front end of their vehicle was damaged.
  • Four tire center caps were removed from a vehicle that was parked on West End Avenue in Inwood, a complainant reported to police on Sept. 22.
  • Hubcaps were taken from a vehicle that was parked in the parking lot of Burnside Avenue Garage in Inwood, a complainant reported to police on Sept. 26.
