Man Assaults Officers, Flees + Parents Left Child In Hot Car

Happy Thursday, Five Towns! Here's everything happening around Five Towns today.

Two Queens residents were in front of a judge yesterday for allegedly leaving a baby in a hot car at a Manhasset mall. A man was stopped by police in Inwood and then assaulted an officer and fled. Jingcai Zhou, 34, and Lu Lu, 28, of Flushing, Queens, faced a judge on Wednesday and are charged with reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child. (News 12)
