Unfortunately, vehicular accidents do happen quite regularly in the Five Towns. Sometimes, they're minor, but occasionally, they are fatal, as Patch has reported in the past. Many incidents seem to occur on Peninsula Boulevard, but residents often cite safety issues along Central Avenue, Broadway, Rockaway Turnpike and the 878.
