Storage Units Burglarized At Valley Stream Apartment Complex: Police

VALLEY STREAM, NY — A man is wanted for burglarizing a storage unit two weeks ago in Valley Stream, police said.

It happened overnight at the Hawthorne Apartments on S. Cottage Street, police said.

An unknown man attempted to gain access to the victim's storage unit, police said.

An investigation revealed that multiple storage units at the complex had been broken into with several items removed, authorities said.

Surveillance video shows the suspect, who was wearing a black, long-sleeved shirt and a black baseball hat.
