FOREST PARK, QUEENS — A Queens teenager has been charged with felony assault in the death of an elderly groundskeeper at the Forest Park golf course last month, according to police.

Middle Village resident David Mangaran, 19, was arrested this week in connection with the death of 79-year-old golf course worker William Hinchey on Sept. 11, several days after he had been shoved to the ground while arguing with a group of teens riding bikes on the green.

The NYPD said Friday that Hinchey's death is being investigated as a homicide.
