Brooklyn Man Chokes Stranger for Withholding Sexual Favors: Police
The suspect is said to have a scar over one eye.

A mystery man with a scar over one eye choked a woman he didn’t know on a Brooklyn street corner when she refused to perform sexual favors, police said.
The strange and degrading encounter allegedly went down at 7 p.m. on July 16 at the corner of Pacific Street and Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, near the border with Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill.

According to the NYPD:
“The suspect engaged the 25 year-old female victim in conversation as she was walking on the corner of Pacific Street and Franklin Avenue. The suspect proceeded to ask her for sexual favors. When the victim refused, the suspect choked the victim. The suspect then fled to parts unknown. The victim did not lose consciousness.”

Police have released a grainy photo of the suspect in hopes that a member of the public will recognize him.
