CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN — A 14-year-old Clinton Hill resident has been missing since July 23, police said.   Chavis Pubill (pictured above) was last seen at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday inside his residence, located at <a href="https://goo.gl/maps/ScR62p3NLV72" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">309 Lafayette Ave.</a>, according to the NYPD.     Detectives describe Chavis as a black male standing about five-foot-four-inches tall and weighing 110 pounds.
