Edmund Otoo, Bronx Teen, Found Dead in Long Island University Bathroom: NYPD
Brooklyn cops say they found the 19-year-old "unconscious and unresponsive inside of a bathroom stall."
FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN — Edmund Otoo, a 19-year-old from the Bronx, was found dead Wednesday night inside a bathroom stall on the Long Island University campus in Fort Greene, near Downtown Brooklyn, according to the New York City Police Department (NYPD).
Police said a 911 call came in around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night reporting "an unconscious male inside of 1 University Plaza."
Emergency responders rushed to the scene and found Otoo, listed as living on Nereid Avenue in the Bronx, "unconscious and unresponsive in a bathroom stall," police said.

Otoo was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the NYPD.
It was not immediately clear how Otoo had died. As of late Thursday afternoon, though, the NYPD had not declared his death a homicide. "The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing," police said.
