A midday fire on broke out Monday at a four-story apartment building on Fulton Street between Washington and Waverly avenues in Clinton Hill.  The blaze broke out at 12:20 p.m. in an apartment on the building's 3rd floor, with Ladder 132 and Battalion 570 responding, according to fire officials. Two people were treated for minor smoke inhalation at the scene.  It was unclear exactly where or how the fire started.
