'Gotham' To Film Army Shootout At Brooklyn Navy Yard Tuesday
The hoards of soldiers shooting at each other in Brooklyn today are just actors, police said.

CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN -- Bullets will not fly in the Brooklyn Navy Yards Tuesday, but it might sound like it, according to police.
A production crew for the television show 'Gotham' will film a "soldier type" scene near the factory building at 63 Flushing Ave. between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Oct. 30, according to police and casting calls.
Casting directors have sent a callout for non-union extras to come portray soldiers types with clean shaves and short, buzzed hair.

Police warned that the shoot includes simulated firearms, which may sound like gunshots.
The episode will feature in the fifth and final season of "Gotham," which tells the story of Batman's home city before he donned the cape and helmet.
