offers up its Beavy, made with Vermont Cheddar and Plum Chutney on Multigrain Pullman bread, for $5.50. The second sandwich, with the meat changing regularly, is $7.

However, before you run out the door at a brisk jog, know this: the "local goods for the local good" establishment is closed on Tuesdays.
