Earlier this week, applications were opened up for 259 affordable units at a new development in East New York. (The deadline to apply is Sept. 2.)
A flier advertising the July 14 seminar circulated by Councilwoman Laurie Cumbo's office stated that the meeting will also discuss the BAM South development at 300 Ashland Pl. in Fort Greene.
