The car has Virginia plates that expired two years ago and the earliest ticket it's gotten at that spot was from Sept. 2, 2016, the Post reported.
The majority of the violations were for failing to move for street cleaning. Police investigated complaints about it twice but found "no evidence of a violation," the paper reported.
