Man Masturbates In Front Of Woman On Q Train, Police Say

FORT GREENE, NY — A man masturbated in front of a woman on a Brooklyn-bound Q Train last week, police said. The suspect then got off the same stop as the woman.

The 26-year-old woman was riding the Q Train on Dec. 20 at about 10:20 p.m. when the man started to masturbate in front of her near the Canal Street and Broadway stop in Manhattan, the NYPD said. The woman managed to snap photos of the man on the train with her cellphone, authorities said.

The victim got off the next stop at DeKalb and Flatbush avenues in Fort Greene and the suspect followed her, police said. The man fled the station on foot in an unknown direction.

Police described the suspect as a 5-foot 8-inch tall, 170 pound man in his 50s with black hair. He was last seen wearing all black clothing.
