FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN — Annie Mae Wright, 91, a resident of the Fort Greene community for well over 60 years, passed away on the afternoon of Sunday, Dec. 6. She is survived by her four children, Carol, Kenneth, Gregory and Angela, eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and was predeceased by her eldest son Sidney. A viewing will take place this Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., with services from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Lawrence H. Woodward Funeral Home (1 Troy Ave., Brooklyn, NY). Burial will follow at the Rosedale Cemetery in Linden, NJ. A repass will take place at 3 p.m. at the Newman Memorial United Methodist Church (257 Macon St., Brooklyn, NY).
