Missing 16-Year-Old Girl Found, But Search Continues for 15-Year-Old

Search is still on for 15-year-old Alexis Hannah.

 

One of two teenage girls who went missing from within the 88th Precinct last week has been found, police said.

Police said Monday night that Shanda Williams, 16, had been found. She was reported missing as of Monday, Feb. 18 when she had last been seen at 8 p.m. in a Cumberland Street home near Fulton Street.

However, the search is still on for Alexis Hannah, 15, who was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22 in a Willoughby Street home near Myrtle Avenue.  

Hannah is 5-foot-5 and weighs 110 pounds. Police say she has a history of running away and .

Anyone with information in regards to this missing person is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
