Pratt MFA Candidates Open Studio, Gallery For Public Exhibit

100 MFA candidates will exhibit artwork in various forms.

 

Pratt's MFA program will open its studio and gallery doors to the general public on Friday, April 12 from 5-9 p.m. and Saturday, April 13 from 12-6 p.m.

Hosted by the Pratt Artists' League and Pratt's Fine Art Department, 100 MFA candidates will exhibit artwork in various forms: photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, new forms, video, performance and installation.

There will also be live performances Friday night from 9 p.m.-2 a.m. A preview of the artists can be found here

Studios are on main campus at 200 Willoughby Ave. and also at 248 Flushing Ave., between Ryerson Avenue and Hall Street.

An information booth will be located centrally on the main campus in the grassy Newman Mall, where event information, campus maps, and answers to questions can be found. All security booths will also have Open Studio maps and general information.
