Reminder: Meeting on Proposed Fowler Square Plaza Thurs. Night

Many Patch readers have already sounded off on at Fowler Square (comments, 14; votes, 102 and counting...).

However, come tomorrow night, residents will get the chance to air their grievances—or perhaps utter happiness?—at the idea of blocking off S. Elliott Place between Fulton Street and Lafayette Avenue to vehicular traffic to make way for the plaza.
