Sept. 22: Still Time To Say, "No."
Exhibit highlighting indigenous struggle continues at MoCADA.

1. The ongoing exhibit, "" an extraordinary collection of work from contemporary indiginous, Australian artists from around the world, will hold at the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts. The exhibit is curated by Melbourne-based photographer Bindi Cole.
2. Between the Lines—a survey of the landscape of men and women "with the answers"—asks what makes us want to save the world, or at least ourselves. Today it's , an exploration on how self-confidence can sometimes lead to disaster.
3. Hosted by local artist/musician Mike Harris, all are welcome to perform at Tillie's . Sign up is at 7:15 p.m. Performances start at 7:30 p.m., and there is no cover.

4. Ten years after the 9/11 attacks, artists continue to respond and add layers of interpretation to the tragedy. Iranian novelist Porochista Khakpour, author of Sons and Other Flammable Objects, Julian Laverdiere, co-creator of the Tribute in Light, and others .
