Truck Fire Snarls Mid-Afternoon BQE Traffic
No injuries reported during incident called in at 1:44 p.m.

A truck caught fire on the westbound side of the Brooklyn Queens Expressway near the Flushing Avenue exit Friday afternoon.
The fire was called in at 1:44 p.m. and was brought under control at 3:04 p.m., an FDNY spokesman said.
No one was injured in the fire, the spokesman said.
