Units Go On Sale at Fino 122

A new condo development in Fort Greene announced that it was open for new residents.

Fino 122, a 19-unit condo building at 122 Adelphi St., launched sales for its combination of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments on Thursday.

With listed prices ranging from $295,000 to $3.3 million—"hefty sums for a building north of Myrtle Avenue," according to Brownstoner—the building offers a private roof terrace, exercise room and a lobby with an "accented" waterfall.

An open house will be held at the building on Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
