When Do the Pools Open in Brooklyn?
Grab your suit, towel and SPF and head over to the nearest place to splash around.

If you don't have a sprinkler in your backyard, never fear: The beaches in Brooklyn are open for summer guests, and soon community pools will be, too.
According to NYC Parks, all outdoor pools—including nearby Commodore Barry Park's pool, located at Flushing and Park avenues, and Navy and North Elliot streets, as well as McCarren Park's pool, located just a G train ride away at Lorimer Street between Bayard Street and Driggs Avenue —will reopen as of June 27. Indoor community pools are open year-round.
