Blaze Tears Into Detached Garage In Freeport
It did not spread to the home and that there were no reported injuries, the Freeport Fire Department said.
FREEPORT, NY — A blaze tore through the garage of a home Freeport home on Monday night, the Freeport Fire Department said in a Facebook post.
The fire started in a detached garage on Mayflower Court off of North Brookside Avenue at around 10 p.m., department officials said, adding that the fire did not spread to the home and that there were no reported injuries.
The fire's cause has not been released, News 12 reported.
