Freeport Man Accused Of Residential Burglaries, More: Police

Police alleged he also stole victims' credit cards and identifications from autos.

FREEPORT, NY — Nassau police have arrested a Freeport resident accused of multiple burglaries throughout Nassau County between May and October 2023.

Victor S. Garrison Jr, 23, of 18 Robert St. was arrested Friday after an extensive investigation, detectives said.

Garrison is accused of committing three residential burglaries:

  • Sept. 19, 2023 – Nostrand Avenue, Uniondale
  • Sept. 21, 2023 – Grand Avenue, Baldwin
  • Oct. 2, 2023 – Lincoln Avenue, Roosevelt

Police alleged Garrison also removed victims' credit cards and identifications from multiple autos and utilized them to make unauthorized purchases.

Garrison is charged with four counts of Burglary 2 nd Degree, three counts of Criminal Possession Stolen Property 4 th Degree, four counts of Grand Larceny 4 th Degree, two counts of Grand Larceny 3 rd Degree, two counts of Petit Larceny, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged
Instrument 2 nd Degree, four counts of Identity Theft 3 rd Degree, two counts of Unauthorized use of a Vehicle 3 rd Degree and two counts of Criminal Mischief 2 nd Degree, police said.

He was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday, police said.
