Free Shuttle For Athletes In Games For The Physically Challenged

The games take place on Friday and Saturday at two Nassau County venues.

GARDEN CITY, NY — NICE (Nassau Inter-County Express) Bus will support athletes participating in this weekend's Nassau County Games for the Physically Challenged.

NICE transportation will bring athletes and their families for free from their housing accommodations at Hofstra University to the events.

The annual competition, which attracts athletes from across New York State, will be held on Friday and Saturday at the Mitchell Field Athletic Complex and at Nassau County Community College.

Additionally, TransDev, the parent company of NICE Bus, has donated $5,000 towards the Opening Ceremonies.

“We are proud to continue our long partnership with the Games for the Physically Challenged and our NICE Bus employees look forward to being a part of this inspirational event every year as a provider of transportation for the athletes and caregivers,” said Jack Khzouz, CEO of NICE Bus.

The Games for the Physically Challenged will attract more than 1000 athletes, from ages 5 to 21, from all across New York State.
