Proposed Garden City School Budget Has 2.54 Percent Tax Levy Increase

GARDEN CITY, NY — Garden City residents go to the polls on Tuesday to decide on the school budget.

The 2024-2025 proposed budget totals $133,987,366, representing a budget-to-budget increase of 2.84 percent. The projected tax levy increase is 2.54 percent (with STAR benefits), the maximum allowable tax levy increase.
