Irish Fashion Retailer Primark Opening Roosevelt Field Store
The new store is part of the brand's rapid expansion into the US market.
UNIONDALE, NY — Primark, an Irish fast-fashion store, is opening a new location in the Roosevelt Field Mall this week.
The location will be holding its grand opening on Nov. 17. There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m., followed by speeches and performances from local hip-hop group Hip Hop Dreamz, and DJ Jessica James. The store will open to the public at 11 a.m.
There will also be gift card giveaways with holiday-themed games.

The Roosevelt Field location is part of Primark's rapid expansion in the US. The brand currently has 13 stores in the US, including a location in the King's Plaza Mall in Brooklyn.
In addition to the store at Roosevelt Field, Primark is also opening a Long Island location in the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream, as well as locations in Queens and Brooklyn.
